If you use a hearing aid, the ClearSounds® CLA7BT Bluetooth Amplified Neckloop Accessory is a convenient little device you wear around your neck to enjoy your Bluetooth enabled cell phone and other Bluetooth devices.

The handy accessory gives you adjustable amplification up to 30 dB and reduces or eliminates interference between the cell phones and hearing aid processors. It also features a built in microphone for hands-free conversation.

You need not purchase or switch between multiple headsets for different activities. The accessory is compatible with any device with a Bluetooth transmitter including cell phones, cordless phones, computers, and MP3 players. The amplified neckloop features a rechargeable lithium ion battery and includes an AC adapter, USB cable and car charger.
