Terms and conditions.

By submitting an Online , or Hard Copy Entry, entrants: 1) irrevocably grant ClearSounds Communications, Inc. the royalty-free right to use, re-use, copy, publish, republish in whole or in part, edit, add to, modify, and rearrange the Entry, including without limitation edit, rearrange, and/or copy the Entry for use in the promotion of ClearSounds Communications, Inc. products and services without further permission, consideration or payment to the entrant, except where prohibited; 2) warrant and represent that the Entry is 100% original creation/work by entrant and that use of the Entry as described herein will not violate any law or infringe upon the rights, title, claim or interest of any third party; and 3) certify that entrant is the creator and sole copyright owner of the story submitted and has obtained the appropriate consents of all identifiable persons identified in the story granting permission to the entrant to submit the story containing those persons likenesses/images. Only the name listed on the Official Entry will be deemed the Entrant and will be eligible for a prize offered in this Contest. All other individuals included in an Entry whose name does not appear on the Entry form will not be considered the Entrant and will not be eligible to receive any prize offered in this Contest. All Entries become the sole property of ClearSounds Communications, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.

All email Entries must be received by 4:59:59 PM CT on August 1, 2009. Limit one Entry per person. Duplicate Entries received will be void. ClearSounds Communications, Inc. is not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, fax or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. By submitting an Entry, you agree to abide by the terms of the ClearSounds Communications, Inc. rules and terms and agreements of ClearSounds Communications, Inc.. Entries that include profanity, inappropriate, defamatory or explicit language, or demonstrate any lewd or sexually suggestive gestures or full or partial nudity and demonstrate the use of alcohol or drug use will be disqualified.
